Holds up to 6 people at 150 lbs per person. Boats are rented with maximum number people allowed, HOWEVER you know the size of your people and the amount of coolers, etc you will be taking on the boat. Please consider this when you are making a reservation, the more weight on the boat the slower it will be and lower it will sit in the water. *Boats are rented with indicated capacity, anyone exceeding these capacities are subject to fines and additional charges. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent a boat! *PLEASE NOTE: If you are born on or after January 1st, 1988, and are a Florida resident it is required by Florida law to pass a boaters safety course and to carry a boater education card.
Out-of-State Florida visitors must comply with the boating safety education requirements. All Florida Non-Residents must provide proof of a boater's safety course. If a non-resident can show proof of having successfully completed a boater safety course or equivalent exam that meets or exceeds Florida’s requirements (usually in the form of a certificate or card), a Florida Boating Safety Education Identification Card is not required.

Where do I pick up the boat? At our waterfront location-10823 W. Yulee Dr. Homosassa, FL.
What are the hours? A full day rental runs from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. We charge $45 for every 15 minutes you return late.
Will you provide a map of the river? Yes and we will go over the map with you.
Can we go into the Gulf of Mexico on your boats? Yes. You can go anywhere you want as long as our boat is returned on time un-damaged. As the captain of the vessel you have to freedom to chart your own course, but it’s your responsibility to make sure you get there and back safely. You do NOT have enough gas to get to Crystal River or Weeki Wachi. It is NOT a good idea to drive outside the channel in unmarked areas.
Is alcohol allowed on our boats? You may bring any legal substance on our boat. By law the driver of the boat may not be under the influence of or impaired by any substance. Your passengers of legal drinking age may drink. Keep in mind, you’ll be in the sun and on the water for several hours which typically affects folks more than drinking on land. You are repsonsible for the safety of your passengers which includes moderating their activities.
*Cancellation Policy: Deposits are Non Refundable. If Acts of God or War prevent you from completing your booking you will be given 100% store credit to be used at a future booking (does not have to be the same booking item). If you provide us 48 hours advance notice that you will miss your booking, you may apply 100% of your deposit to a future booking completed within 6 months of the original booking date. Missing this 48 hour window or your booking forfeits your deposit.
